For students who have undertaken Open University Courses, the criteria for an offer will require a minimum of two Open University Credit including at least one Foundation module and the Offer will be a Distinction or a Grade 2 in the Higher Level module.
International students, will be made an offer of ABB at A Level equivalent.- It is not the usual practice to offer a place on any of the above degree programmes to graduates as such students usually study for the Master of Legal Science. However an offer may be made in exceptional circumstances on the basis of an upper second class Honours degree. A postgraduate qualification will not compensate for a lower second.
